David has been a risk management consultant specializing in RMIS and claims management since the late 1970s. As Director of RMIS for Bickmore, he serves a wide variety of clients including pools to help them obtain the best possible systems to serve their needs. He publishes an annual review of major RMIS called RMIS Review through Advisen.
